BREWERY EXHIBITOR APPLICATION PAGE
This is an invitation to all Texan-owned craft breweries operated in Texas. Craft breweries are defined by an annual production of 6 million barrels of beer or less and less than 25% of the craft brewery is owned or controlled by an alcoholic beverage industry member that is not a craft brewery.
FESTIVAL HOURS: SATURDAY 11 A.M. - 10 P.M. SUNDAY 12 P.M. - 5 P.M.
BEER POURING HOURS: SATURDAY 11 A.M. - 8 P.M. SUNDAY 12 P.M. - 5 P.M.
YOUR BOOTH MUST BE SET UP NO LATER THAN 10:30 A.M. SATURDAY MORNING.
Exhibitor Information and Rules:
The Festival fee is $100 and will include a 10x10 area under a tent, two (2) six foot skirted tables, ice, and water.
Breweries will provide their own display, draft equipment, and chairs. Your booth banner should not exceed 6 feet long.
No souvenirs will be sold within the individual brewery booths/tables.
Any untapped kegs will be returned to the brewery.
Space is limited. Application submission does not guarantee admission.
Volunteers will be provided to pour beer; representation from the brewery is required.
Overpouring will not be tolerated. Consistent overpouring will result in removal from the festival.
